 ON THE JOB TRAINING (OJT) - DENR- PENRO MY SECOND WEEK DOCUMENTARY RAILYN E. UMBALAY BSIS 4B In my second week of on-the-job training (OJT), we had an orientation that covered what the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) was all about, as well as our specific roles and responsibilities as OJTs within their office. During the orientation, we discussed the agency's rules and regulations, mission, and vision and our task. Although the orientation was delayed - ideally, it should have taken place on our first days or first week of OJT - we were thankful that the DENR staff still managed to accommodate us despite their busy schedules. Following the orientation, my tasks remained consistent from the next day until Friday. I assisted the supervisor of the Conservation Development Section (CDS) with various tasks, including encoding documents, files, reports, and data into the computer, printing necessary documents, and completing other tasks as assigned. ON THE JOB TRAINING (OJT) - DENR- PENRO  FIRST WEEK DOCUMENTARY RAILYN E. UMBALAY BSIS 4B Our first day as on the job trainees (ojt) at the Department of Environmental and Natural Resources, Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office (DENR-PENRO). Upon our arrival we were warmly welcomed and officially introduced to the office, by the head officer of PENRO,  In our first day we took the opportunity to familiarize ourselves with the office. Since, we did not have specific tasks assigned yet, we used the time to explored the office.            On my second day of on-the-job training (OJT), we were assigned specific tasks in different sections. I was assigned to the Technical Section, where I worked alongside my fellow OJTs, and others were assigned to the Planning Section.
